Projukti Infosystems Private Limited is pioneering a unique approach to address the challenging IT support needs in the hilly and terrain regions of North West Bengal, Assam, Tripura, Sikkim, Manipur, and Mizoram. These areas are plagued by year-round motorability issues due to heavy rainfall and landslides, making traditional IT support inaccessible and expensive for small business owners and professionals. To overcome these challenges, Projukti Infosystems collaborates with local IT training institutes in these regions. They train students as apprentices, equipping them with specialized skills in IT hardware, software, and networking. Upon completion of their training, these apprentices become Support Nodal Executives (S.N.E.) allocated to specific areas. They play a vital role in providing essential IT support to local businesses and professionals, making IT solutions accessible and affordable. Furthermore, these S.N.E.s also offer basic IT education at nominal fees, promoting digital literacy in the region. Projukti Infosystems Private Limited is at the forefront of this innovative Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiative, making a significant impact by bridging the IT support gap in these challenging terrains, thereby fostering economic development and digital empowerment in the North West Bengal, Assam, Tripura, Sikkim, Manipur, and Mizoram.
