In India, there is a significant gap between the availability of skilled mental health specialists and individuals desiring urgent access to such services. According to the WHO, India's mental health workforce is inadequate, and there is a significant deficit of psychologists in the country when compared to the number of persons suffering from mental illnesses. According to the WHO, there are 0.07 psychologists and social workers per 100,000 people in India (0.07). WHO also forecasts that about 7.5 percent of Indians have a mental ailment and that by the end of this year, roughly 20% of the population will have a mental illness. According to statistics, 56 million Indians suffer from depression, with another 38 million suffering from anxiety disorders. India is in desperate need of 38,000 clinical psychologists and many more mental health professionals. And thus, Psyche Care First aims to generate more skilled mental health workers to serve the normal population on the edge of developing any kind of mental illness. Psyche Care First aims to create more mental health workers to serve the normal population on the edge of developing any kind of mental illness by providing comprehensive training and on-field internship to students and individuals belonging to the field of psychology to further sharpen their skills in order to be able to provide mental health first add and psycho-educate to those who need it thereby bettering their lives. We are providing a three-step solution starting with consultation, guidance, and training depending on the needs of the client. The company would charge a small amount in exchange for services offered to the clients.
