RUSTIQ RESORTS LLP is a unique concept designed to offer a truly organic experience through a boutique farm resort that blends nature, sustainability, and luxury. Conceived as a mother–daughter initiative, the venture embodies their shared vision of creating a serene, eco-conscious space where guests can reconnect with nature and themselves. Set amidst a certified organic farm, RUSTIQ RESORTS provides an immersive experience into organic living — from hands-on organic farming and fresh farm-to-table dining to understanding recycling, green energy, and sustainable resource use. Surrounded by lush greenery, farm animals, ducks, and birds, it offers guests a peaceful retreat away from the city’s chaos while remaining conveniently accessible from Lucknow. At the heart of RUSTIQ RESORTS lies a strong commitment to rural tourism and women empowerment. The organization aims to employ at least 60% women from local communities, gradually increasing to 90%, thereby fostering self-reliance and inclusive growth in the region. Environmental conservation forms the foundation of every aspect of the resort’s development. The project has been carefully planned without cutting a single tree — in fact, many have been integrated into the architectural design. With over 100 trees planted to enhance the green cover, initiatives like water conservation, recycling, and a unique water garden concept contribute to a greener ecosystem. In alignment with its eco-friendly ethos, RUSTIQ RESORTS integrates solar energy, waste recycling, and organic farming to minimize carbon footprints and promote sustainability. More than a resort, it is a conscious movement towards responsible tourism, empowering women, and nurturing harmony between luxury and nature.
