Scigenomics Private Limited is a registered Indian private limited company registered with the Ministry of corporate affairs (bearing CIN: U73100MH2019PTC328888. The Company is a start-up established on 5th August, 2019 by Dr Bhagat Singh Rajput, a visiting professor of regenerative medicines and cell-based therapies at GSVM medical college Kanpur. He is accompanied by Mr. Varun Singh, a young, energetic entrepreneur with prior experience of being founder and Director of a renowned healthcare company. This Company has valued association with leucine rich bio, a Bangalore based company. Mapmy genome, a Hyderabad based company, Reelabs private limited, Mumbai, Umbicell Private limited, Mumbai. The Company has managed to achieve remarkable progress in the field of gut microbiome testing and established its name in south east Asia. In year 2023, the Company was further funded by its founder Directors to the tune of INR 2.5 mn. to facilitate the state of art stem cell research and production lab in the heart of Mumbai. It is being done under the able guidance of Dr. B M Gandhi, former advisor, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, Dr. Vyenkatesh Pidiyar, a noted stem cell scientist, Dr. Sanjay Singh, an oncosurgeon from TATA memorial hospital, Mumbai & Dr. Bhagat Singh Rajput, a consultant orthopedic & stem cells transplant surgeon. This lab is established to bring out affordable treatment to the common people for intractable diseases such as muscular dystrophies, motor neuron disease and diabetes. The lab is expected to be functional soon.
