Waste Accumulation and Health Hazards: A consumer-friendly app to predict and report the health hazards from accumulated waste just by a click of photo. Problem: Through this product, our effort is to solve the below mentioned problems: 1. Unstructured management of waste. 2. Non-transparent reporting system. 3. Death and Health issue due to waste. 4. Difficulty in reporting dead animals on road. 5. Unavailability of a transparent platform between public & government. 6. No such public platform to know dangerous disease/impact from the waste encountered on the spot etc. Solution: The ultimate product is a combination of Mobile & Web platform, where Mobile app can be used by Anonymous user to report the garbage encountered by him/her. However, the Web platform is a beautiful dashboard provided for the registered action takers (Govt./Municipalities). Below mentioned are the bullet points capturing platform & user-based functionalities: Mobile App - Reporting (Users): 1. On encountering garbage, launch the app and capture a photo. 2. Wait for couple of seconds to let the AI do its job. 3. Soon its done, you can see the hazardous objects like (plastic, metal, meat, glass etc.), the graph, and its impacted disease on the screen. 4. Use the "Report" button on screen, to send the detailed report along with the Photo & Geo location to the nearest municipality configured in system. 5. This will help the Govt. to understand the seriousness of health hazards due to waste and to take immediate action. Web Platform - Action (Govt. / Municipalities): 1. Use the Dashboard to see various reports submitted with Geo Location. 2. The Dashboard provides a map icon next to each record to easily open the Geo location in google map. 3. Open each report individually to see a detailed analysis report (Garbage image, Frames of objects in each category with impact (%), Disease details etc.) 4. Use the View Map button to launch the Geo location of current report in a dialog box. 5. This detailed report will help the Municipality to take immediate action. Future Scope: 1. Introduction of Drone (IoT) for capturing and reporting along with app. 2. Improvisation of Web platform for assignment and status management. 3. A better analyzing & reporting system for Govt. / Municipality (Action Taker) based on Geo Indexing functionality etc. 4. A better analysis on garbage with Recyclable & Non-Recyclable objects etc. Outcome: We believe, right now the software’s available in market are more focused towards recycling of waste but there’s no such concrete solution available for preventing the disease due to accumulated waste by reporting well in advance. Therefore, by Implementing such a product will definitely bring a lot of improvement in various area like: 1. A well-managed reporting system available to general public. 2. Preventing various diseases well in advance due to timely cleanliness, which will bring a direct saving in medical expenses for people and government. 3. Effortless waste accumulation data available to the government due to public's involvement in reporting. 4. Educating the public about waste and impacted disease with (Summary, Symptoms, Causes, Prevention & Treatment) just on a single-clicked photo. 5. An effort to make the Surrounding, City, Nation and even the World clean and a much better place to live, and If not, can at least be well managed. 6. Solid Waste and Dead Animals can be collected well on time and recycled / disposed etc.
