Shubhlaabh Globex Pvt.ltd With the advent of E commerce and exponential growth a huge amount of rejects are generated affecting the profitability of the sellers and creating need for a process and channel for liquidation of such stocks. The costs involved include cost of process , stocking, tendering etc. There is a need for structured liquidation channel for such stocks which would reduce the erosion of value and seamless liquidation. The need is more for large ,small appliances, consumer electronics and furniture which get damaged due to their bulk and difficulty of transportation and handling. Our proposed start up aims to fill the gap in the Ecommerce cycle in a systematic and structured manner.Aiming to fill the gap in the business model and reducing the erosion of value by repairing ,refurbishing the returned /damaged goods /non moving goods in the above mentioned categories. The benefits – 1. Less wastage and erosion of value 2. Increased profitability for seller on E platform 3. Generation of employment due to repair ,marketing ,merchandising 4. Product available at lower price for people of lesser economic status. 5. Cost and time saving to E commerce Platform 6. Possibility of limited warranty for end user. 7. Revenue to GOI due GST ( refurbished material ) will have more value than scrap. The start up envisages refurbishing and repairing to make this goods usable and selling at better price than scrap with limited warranty.A structured retail chain is envisaged on pan India basis after valdation and traction by scaling up the venture. Initially a boot strapped venture which will be funded by bank and private investors. The venture is promoted by ladies and envisages employing 50% female staff promoting gender equality.
