On October 7th, 2021, Shivneyog Private Limited (SNYPL) was established with a mission to revolutionize the import and export industry. Our Director, Sunny Talwar, is committed to driving India's economy by focusing primarily on exporting. SNYPL provides a range of services such as Remote Manpower, Digital Marketing, Business Consultation, Social Media Management, Automations, Business Structuring, and Processing to clients in the United States. While our services may seem standard, what sets us apart is our dedication to creating a remote and employee-friendly organization that empowers women. We are proud to have hired only female employees to date, with no emphasis on their degrees or education levels. Instead, we prioritize communication skills and provide complete training at our own cost during the training period. Our goal is to empower women with the necessary skills to thrive in the workplace and make SNYPL a fully women-empowered organization. Our founder's vision is to use SNYPL's profits to benefit our employees. Rather than offering bonuses, we plan to provide other monetary benefits such as supporting the education of our female employees' children. We believe that by investing in the next generation's education, we can make a positive impact on India's economy in the long run. Additionally, during yearly promotions, we will offer our female employees the option to receive a portion of their raise as a monetary benefit while investing the remainder in a fund that contributes to their future goals. For example: If we are offering a hike of INR 10,000 then we will be giving them the option that if they take INR 7000 as monetary benefit in their in hand pay and the rest INR 3000 will be invested in fund where employees INR 3000 plus company will another 70% of employee contribution which would be INR 2100 towards their future goals like marrying, any children planning, vacation, etc. At SNYPL, we believe that education degrees are just a piece of paper, and we can train individuals to excel in their roles. We have complied with all labor laws, including paying ESI and PF for our 1-5 employees' strength. Furthermore, we are excited to announce that we are developing a virtual assistant module that will train employees in 52 various skills related to website building, designing, CRM, sales, and marketing, among others. Once trained, these employees will be deployed as virtual assistants for our clients in the United States, ensuring quick and efficient service. To support our innovative business model, we are seeking government startup funding facilities and approval. We are committed to driving India's economy and making a positive impact on the lives of our employees and their families.
