Unequivocally, people round the globe agree that healthcare is one of the biggest challenges that faces humanity. Economies of developing countries are buckling under the pressures of increasing populations and exploding medical costs. As a nation, India battles to balance the cost, access, and quality of healthcare services. In-spite of the efforts made at policy levels, innovation in healthcare is a difficult task. StarEast wants to solve this innovation challenge. One question that we ask every day is “How can the stakeholders in Indian health care leverage modern technology to make a positive impact on the society?” To find out if doctors in India would adopt technology to improve their clinical outcomes, we launched platform in July 2020. Since then, it has been an exhilarating journey for us. The response from doctors has been so motivating that we believe we have found the key to unlock ‘Knowledge Silos’ which often results in costly and often deadly outcomes for patients. With 25000 Indian doctors as members, VyasLife is the largest and fastest growing online community of Indian doctors practicing modern medicine. Our members are from 100+ Indian cities and from 83 different specialties. Almost every day, 2500 doctors log on VyasLife platform from 400 different locations of India and they are collaborating for 2500 improved patient outcomes. Our goal is to improve 100 million patient outcomes every year giving them access to expert medical advice. We are providing scalable technology-based solution to improve access to healthcare and improve social justice.
