An LLP formed with an express purpose of creating rule based automated solution for adjudication of health insurance claims. The team consists of doctors (generalists, specialist and super specialists), IT professionals, statisticians and analysts. The solution has been prepared in house (to ensure security). The app today has rules to manage over 10,000 ICD and CPT codes, a database of over 20,000 hospitals, 90,000+ drug brands with the MRP, 20,000+ investigations, 9000+ imaging findings, 200+ implants, 1250+ common signs, 1100+ symptoms and more. Tool can be customised for any country provided data sets are made available as the basic rules of adjudication remain the same worldwide. As a basic rule micro sites will be created for each client so that their data integrity is assured. And the tool will retrain itself based on decisions already taken deploying machine learning principles.
