Main Objects of the Company 1. To carry on the business of designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and operating a digital technology platform, including web portals, mobile applications, and AI-based software solutions, for providing intelligent financial services including but not limited to tax computation, return filing, compliance tracking, document processing, real-time financial advisory automation tools for tax compliance, accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. 2. To provide application programming interface (API) based integration services with government and regulatory bodies such as the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN), Income Tax Department, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies (RoC), National Informatics Centre (NIC), and other authorities or portals, to facilitate filing, retrieval, validation, and reconciliation of tax and compliance-related data. 3. To act as a service provider, aggregator, or intermediary for digital tax filing, digital signatures, e-verification, PAN, Aadhaar, KYC services, payment gateways, and real-time data exchange with banks, financial institutions, and government bodies for tax financing, credit evaluation, and compliance facilitation. 4. To enable integration through secure and scalable Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with public and private digital infrastructure such as: a. Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN), b. Income Tax Portal, c. Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)/Registrar of Companies (RoC), d. Banking and NBFC networks for credit, financing, and KYC/AML validation, e. Account Aggregator framework and DigiLocker. 5. To develop and deploy AI-powered agent-based systems for advising, assisting, or automating tax computation, audit trails, reconciliation, analytics legal compliance, financial forecasting, document processing, and decision-making workflows individuals, professionals, SMEs, corporates, and government stakeholders. 6. To undertake research, consultancy, training, and development in the field of fintech, digital taxation, government integrations, cybersecurity, and AI-driven enterprise technologies, and to provide professional services and solutions relating thereto. 7. To seek and receive venture capital, private equity, incubation, accelerator, or government startup funding (including DPIIT-recognition, SIDBI, Startup India schemes, or similar incentives), and to meet compliance obligations under FEMA, DPIIT, RBI, MCA, SEBI or other regulatory bodies. 8. To apply for patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property (IP) related to fintech innovations, software platforms, proprietary APIs, AI models, and technological frameworks developed by or licensed to the company and expansion of the aforementioned technologies and service.
