1. Company OverviewSukshna Clothing LLP, incorporated in August 2022 (MCA), is a clothing manufacturing firm based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Our core business is producing high-quality uniforms and corporate apparel for brand clients, corporate institutions, and commercial clients. We currently operate on a job-worker model but are scaling up to establish our own manufacturing unit.2. Problem / OpportunityMany corporate and institutional clients seek reliable, quality-driven uniform manufacturing, but struggle to find partners who can guarantee consistent standards, delivery timelines, and scalability.India’s apparel / uniform manufacturing sector is highly fragmented, with many small job-workers but few integrated units that can scale efficiently.There is a rising demand for “made-in-India” uniforms with global quality, especially among large corporates, institutional buyers, and public sectors.3. Our Solution / Business ModelContract Manufacturing via Job Workers: Leveraging a network of trusted job-workers to produce uniforms and apparel, ensuring flexibility, lower fixed costs, and capacity to scale orders.Building Our Own Unit: We plan to set up our own manufacturing facility in the next 12–24 months, enabling better control over quality, lead time, and cost.Scalability: With our own unit, we aim to serve larger orders, explore government / institutional procurement (e.g., uniforms for government departments or public sector), and potentially export uniforms.Sustainability and Efficiency: Use of efficient processes, quality raw materials, and lean manufacturing to minimize waste and optimize costs.4.
