Sylvereid Wellness and Healing LLP is a holistic wellness enterprise dedicated to nurturing well-being across every dimension of life, including physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, cultural, and occupational wellness. Founded by Sharon D'Souza-Pretto and Irene Charushil Tayshete, the organization brings together over five decades of experience in the development sector and nearly a decade of expertise in emotional well-being. At Sylvereid, we believe that healing is a proactive journey rather than a reactive response to illness. Our mission is to create an integrated wellness ecosystem that combines evidence-based preventive care, alternative therapies, creative expression, and community-driven support to help individuals and organizations achieve resilience, balance, and long-term well-being. We offer customized wellness trainings, workshops, and consultancy services for corporates, institutions, communities, and individuals. Our programs focus on emotional wellness, stress management, resilience building, mindfulness, parenting support, women’s health, healthy aging, and life-stage transitions. Through creative modalities such as art, music, movement, and experiential learning, we encourage self-expression and personal growth. Sylvereid is also committed to research, documentation, and advocacy in preventive wellness by studying emerging trends, generating evidence-based insights, and promoting public awareness on holistic health and healing practices. As part of our long-term vision, we aim to develop an accessible wellness application and an e-commerce platform for wellness products and services through collaborations with experts across disciplines. By integrating science, creativity, and compassionate care, Sylvereid seeks to empower people to lead healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives.
