WELLNEST ECOSYSTEM A PRODUCT OF TICS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED WellNest, developed by TICS Innovations Private Limited, is an integrated AI-first health, wellness, and human performance ecosystem designed to bring preventive healthcare, lifestyle optimisation, and scientific wellbeing into one unified platform. The project combines a powerful consumer-grade mobile application with an advanced Human Systems Lab called the 360 Performance Lab, together forming India’s first Human Operating System (HOS) for everyday health and long-term performance. The WellNest App acts as the primary entry point, enabling users to track sleep, mood, hydration, movement, workouts, stress, and nutrition through continuous wearable integration and behavioural data. Using Bio-AI, the system analyses patterns in physiology and lifestyle to generate dynamic wellness scores, personalised recommendations, daily goals, and real-time insights. The app also connects users to a network of gyms, therapies, home-based wellness services, and a curated health marketplace. This digital layer forms a holistic lifestyle intelligence engine that helps individuals improve daily habits and long-term wellbeing. The second wing of the ecosystem, the 360 Performance Lab, provides in-depth body and brain mapping through non-invasive assessments, metabolic profiling, stress–sleep–energy evaluations, autonomic nervous system analysis, and human performance optimisation programs. The lab operates under medical governance and complements clinical care without making diagnoses. Its role is to identify early dysfunctions, interpret body–brain patterns, and offer structured optimisation protocols for professionals, founders, athletes, and high-performance individuals. The lab and the app are fully connected—data from the user’s daily life feeds into personalised protocols, while lab assessments guide long-term improvement.
