V Stainless Llp is one of the most well-known companies that make Coils out of stainless steel. Foils, pipes, and tubes are some of our product portfolios. We have added a world-class slitting line for width 1650mm and 12Thk HR SS coil at our Siya unit, which can handle 120,000 tonnes per year. This helps us get closer to being a one-stop shop for all stainless steel piping and tubing goods. The new HR slitter can cut coils that are up to 12 mm thick and 1650 mm wide into strips of any thickness down to 50 mm, which is a standard in the country. This sitter has an unbeatable working range. It can handle HR steel with the best tensile strength and thicknesses up to 12 mm at a speed of 25 metres per minute. The HR sitter facility will be paired with narrow cut-to-length lines that will provide high-speed, high-quality blanking of HR coils in the sizes that customers want. This is to meet the needs of the fast-growing sectors in the stainless steel region. The company has four different factories in Dewas. It has also set up a new plant at Siya, District Dewas (MP), to make large-diameter pipes, condenser tubing, and nuclear parts. With the opening of these facilities, the company has increased its ability to make stainless steel. This is because there is a growing demand for stainless steel all over the world. This is the first time that fusion welding and a one-stop solution for making large-diameter pipes with 100% accuracy and high-quality features like live annealing and four-torch welding have been used in India. Inside Seam Welding. Inside Seam Camera, Straightening, online. Online Eddy Current Testing, Polishing, and Marking to final cut to length as per customer requirement.
