OpenTap is a growth stage FinTech company providing alternate financial services for the middle to low income group demographic; and is working towards financially including salaried blue-collar workers whose salary ranges from INR 6K to INR 25K a month.We work with a very unique customer base, that in-spite of all the attention the alternate finance industry is receiving, remains largely underserved. Having worked with this population, we understand that financial inclusion comes way before digital inclusion and have designed our product and services portfolio accordingly. And given that we work with a unique customer base, our business model is unique too. We take the entire service portfolio to the door step of our customer because we see often that they do not have the time to go around shopping for financial services.
