Weyu Dataprocessing Pvt. Ltd. Is planning to build a technology platform in support of its strategic plan to rent various types of properties in the tier two cities of India. In order to assist our customers in booking of apartments, listing of properties and managing their rental expenses and other services Weyu would require one Website and mobile applications for the Android and iOS platforms which provides a simplified and user-friendly approach for our existing and potential clients. It is imperative that Weyu plans to utilize its Website and applications for providing a simple and hassle-free interface for potential tenants to search and book apartments as well as engaging with landlords who want to list their property. In addition to listing different types of properties, Weyu also plans to put its managed serviced apartments on the same platformas an additional category. In order to accomplish this, Weyu seeks to outsource the design, testing, implementation and maintenance for this technology platfrom. Weyu anticipates that this platform will move the company forward in its multi-tiered approach to become leaders in the busy Real Estate and Serviced Apartments business of India.
