Wings EV is a VC funded electric vehicle startup that is reimaging personal mobility. Our mission is to build personal mobility vehicles for urban use that are efficient, safe and of course, electric. Wings EV is headquartered in Indore, MP and also has a development center in Bangalore. Our First Vehicle : Our first vehicle is a two-seater electric quadricycle (L7 category) with a radical new form factor meant for urban commutes. It has the length and width of a motorbike but is fully covered; combines the efficiency and mobility of a two-wheeler with the safety and comfort of a small car. Unlike other quadricycles, our Vehicle is meant for consumers (not commercial transport) and is meant for daily commutes in congested cities. Technology Our vehicle is powered by an innovative drive-by-wire powertrain; this is technology used in aviation for superior performance and handling. This technology is entirely built in India and can be extended to other four wheelers that we will build in the future. In addition, this vehicle will introduce an innovative voice-based user experience (first in India) and will use cloud-based data and advanced analytics for range-prediction, predictive diagnostics, and improved performance. Many of these technologies are state-of-the-art and pending patent applications.
