Provider of a Machine Learning based chatbot for managing mental health. It uses evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques, the gold standard in psychotherapy, to counsel the user through a structured conversational dialogue. Approved by a licensed and CBT certified psychotherapist and renowned University Professor, the chatbot aims to encourage users try counselling and psychotherapy and get an outlet to vent/talk about problems anonymously with a virtual friend. As per evidence, it is expected that the symptoms of anxiety and depression would reduce significantly among users using the chatbot over a period of a few months. The chatbot isn’t intended to be a replacement, but an additional tool that a user can interact with on a daily basis. An integral part of the offer is self help through guided meditation, NLP, sound therapy etc that helps coping with stress and helps calm down anxiety. The company would also include progressively other modes of treatment like NLP (Neuro Linguistic programming), DBT (Dialectal Behavioral Therapy) etc optimising the chatbot. The company would also specialize in Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) which can be leveraged widely as a treatment facility/tool by the mental health care therapists and professionals (clinical psychologists in particular) for treating various mental health disorders from more severe anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders to specific phobias. VRET aims to supplement the gold standard treatment for such mental health disorders, the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). While CBT is often a first line method of treatment, VRET supplements CBT, as VRET produces an immersive virtual environment for the patient to immerse in. The patient is exposed "virtually" through a calibrated, controlled and safe process to the feared object/situation/environment by the therapist, thus reducing the impact of the feared object/situation/environment on the patient and facilitating the healing process. The company would use advanced display and immersive audio technologies to create an interactive, three-dimensional image or environment (Virtual Reality).
