To promote growth of knowledge by becoming a partner in regional, national and international development by providing educational services in the various fields like Arts, Medical Science, Pharmacy, Industry & Commerce, Engineering, Environment awareness, Yoga, Information Technology, Management, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism and/ or any other faculty and to establish, maintain, run, develop, extend, for and to aid in the establishment, maintenance, improvement and extension of schools, colleges, polytechnics, medical colleges, Hospitals, Nursing centres and other educational institutions including vocational training centers, Medical Laboratories, Research centers, Libraries and audio education Centers and Hostels for students and to provide medical relief, carry social welfare activities and preservation of environment including watersheds, forests, wildlife with no profit motive. No Objects of the Company shall be carried out without permission of competent authorities whomsoever and no objects of the Company shall be carried out on commercial basis. However, the company shall apply its profit, if any or other income in promoting its objects & to prohibit payment of any dividend to its members. Provided that the Company shall not support with its funds or endeavour to impose on or procure to be observed by its members or others, any regulation or restriction which, if any object of the Association would make it a Trade Union
