The rental services sector is highly unorganized as currently these services are limited to making landlord meet the prospective tenant and Vice Versa and taking the exorbitant service charges both from landlord and the prospectice tenant but here we are planning for organized structure as we will be hiring the space i.e. flat, rooms etc from the landlord, furnishing the space and further letting it out bed wise or to family or as per demand. This will benefit the students, people in transferable job and the people migrating in search of better oppurtunities and the landlord will be assured of his income and tenants in and out.This all will be carried out keeping legal framework at top most priority.Further we will be adding eating facilities along with rental solution.
