In their own words

STRiAA is an application that focuses on awareness and early detection of Breast Cancer. Today One in Eight women are being diagnosed with breast cancer, mostly, in the later stages, where, the disease can only be monitored and managed, but rarely cured. However, early detection of Breast Cancer can help in fully curing the disease and prevent the host from facing much severe treatments. There is a process of Self-Breast Examination that women can perform on themselves (once a month) in order to identify abnormalities in their breasts, and if so found, immediately consult an expert. This application will help women with this ‘Self Check-up’ through simulations, and work towards inculcating a habit of regular self-examination in women. Regular alerts will be provided to users, they will be given reward points for regular check-ups, these reward points can be claimed against offers on the application. The application will also guide and council users to the next steps, if they detect any abnormalities. Several online and offline camps will be held to educate women about breast cancer, the importance of early detection and regular Self-check-up. There will be a chat box, STRiSAKHI, where user can clarify their queries and ask for further guidance. The application will also have a list of respective doctors (location wise) to identify the closest and best help available. The application will have a LMP dial-up that will help women track their menstruation cycle. It will also have a SOS feature, which will help in sending a ‘cry for help’ to three pre-identified contacts with the users’ live location.A community/blog called STRiSQUAD will be created on the application where one can seek help and be supported by fellow members/users. It will be a free to use application, focusing towards getting as many users to get into the habit of regular self-breast check-up. Revenue will be generated through traffic on the app and digital (in-app) marketing and advertisements.

The neighbourhood

This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot.
