Accurate Diagnosis plays a major role in medical science and patient treatment. ACER Diagnostics started operations in 2019 with first Diagnostic Center at Lake Gardens,Kolkata. The Center is equipped with Modern Diagnostic Facilities: Computerized and Automated Pathological Laboratory for catering to the diagnostics needs of the people at affordable Rate. Operating out of a state of art facility, we aim at providing the best in class reports using bar coded and fully automated systems and offer one of the fastest turnaround time in the Diagnostic Industry through Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). ACER Diagnostics since inception believes in reaching out to all, in need of affordable and quality healthcare and aims to extend its services to the people through its chain of NABL Labs to be located at all district towns. We have one NABL Accredited Laboratory which is in ideation stage. We want to breakeven the operating cost within next year providing pathology services at affordable cost to all , especially the persons from the lowest strata of the society and from district towns of Kolkata , Howrah, Midnapore and 24 Parganas(N &S) as of now. We plan to bring down the operating cost through the following: 1. Direct billing from the Reagent Supplier 2. Negotiating and comparing Reagent Rates Online and offline 3. Deployment of Cloud based LIMS for management of Inventory 4. Daily validation of Controls and Calibration for reducing rechecking of abnormal test result through software 5.
