Our company – Altfort Electronic Apparatus Limited, is relocating a Belgian based plant for Multi-Layer Printed Circuit Boards. Our Belgian partners have been in this field since 1960’s. This JV project is coming up at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh As a country we are importing more than 70% of our PCB’s as Indian companies lack capability and scale. We are going to address the same by way of our technical cum financial partnership with a 40+ year old PCB company from Belgium. We are offering them equity for the machines & technology. We also getting access to their R&D, legacy and sales network which has been developed over years and some of which would be first of its kind in India We would like to highlight the following points · The company has acquired 1.8 acre on outright basis from Andhra Govt. at Electronic Manufacturing Cluster 2, Tirupati. The land is located in hub of Electronic manufacturing ecosystem which is right next to Tirupati International airport and with some top companies like Celkon, Voltas, TCL, Dixon, Reliance JIO for company. · The company has formed a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals to take the project forward with years of experience in this field. Some members of this team have visited the facility at Belgium for a technical appraisal. This team is also experienced in relocation of sophisticated machines as they have done similar projects for some top PCB companies in India as well as for ISRO. · Our CEO, Mr. Sudhakar has 30+ years of experience in this field and has held various position like VP,CEO & Director in some of the leading PCB manufacturing companies in India. · Our technology partners have been running a similar manufacturing unit since 1964 and their clientele include – Airbus, Philips, Siemens, DRDO, ISRO among others. They have extensive experience in working in automotive, defence and aerospace sector. · We have engaged – TUAMAN ENGINEERING LIMITED – a leading EPC company and part of Himadri Specialty Group to design the factory. The plans are already ready and sent for approval from concerned authorities. We have planned to construct around 80,000 square feet with additional scope of 40,000 square feet.
