Introduction Established in 2020, the Company has been founded with a clear vision—to become one of India's leading manufacturers of advanced metallurgical equipment and engineering solutions for the iron and steel industry. Our objective is to bridge the technology gap by manufacturing sophisticated metallurgical equipment within India, thereby reducing dependence on imports while strengthening domestic industrial capabilities. A defining feature of our strategy is our proposed technology collaboration with Ande Metallurgical Machinery Co. Ltd., Jinan, Shandong, China, through which we aim to facilitate technology transfer, engineering expertise, advanced manufacturing practices, and global best practices. This collaboration will enable us to manufacture world-class metallurgical equipment in India while progressively increasing indigenous value addition. Our proposed investment of approximately INR 300 Crore over the next two to four years for establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in a Special Economic Zone reflects our long-term commitment to India's manufacturing ecosystem. The facility will be equipped with modern fabrication, machining, assembly, quality assurance, testing, and research infrastructure capable of serving integrated steel plants, rolling mills, pellet plants, and other heavy industrial enterprises. Beyond manufacturing, Ande Industries aspires to become a trusted engineering partner by offering end-to-end solutions that include engineering design, technology integration, project management, installation, commissioning, modernization, maintenance, and lifecycle support.
