We started our Journey in 2003 with high tech service solutions, specializing in the express repair of smartphones, laptops, television and tablets for major brands. The concept was born out of the clear need in the market for a trusted and specialized servicing solution for customers. This became our motivation to begin this venture. Since then we have grown into a team of over 200 employees, and are present across India with over 100 service centers, with a dominant presence in the Eastern India. APlus Device was brought into inception in 2020 with a clear need to address the high consumption of consumer electronics in today’s world by working towards restoring second hand devices and giving them a new life thereby contributing towards a green and clean Earth. APlus Device is the brainchild of Group Founder Nitasha Lachhiramka & Co-founder & COO Jeff George and focuses towards Certified Refurbished Devices for Indian Subcontinent.
