BDSCUBE Technologies Private Limited is a startup supported by IT industry veterans. The promoters of the startup are IT industry veterans with each over 35 years of experience. The company is planning to change the horizon of skill development in cloud computing technology. Over 2 million Engineering Graduates India produces every year and majority of them are non-employable or having lack of deep skill in cloud computing the backbone of AI/ML or other emerging technologies - this is the space where the company will partner with Large CSPs to train the Graduating Engineers to become certified professionals along with their regular study. NEP provided an option to incorporate minor subjects in curricula and that what the company will leverage to provide skill training on a digital platform asynchronous mode. The offshoot of this is not change the horizon for cloud usage in the MSMEs through the internships by these skilled graduates. The target of the company as per their proposed intent is to “Simplifying Transformation Journey.” The MSMEs, who do not have wherewithal to go into digital transformation and without which Indian Economy will not grow astronomically, the company will work in this space to properly nurture them to transform digitally with increased profit. The company, to reach the above target, would generate IPR on accelerators for Cloud transformation focusing Manufacturing and BFSI industries. Two Directors of the Company – 1. Mr. S R Radhakrishnan – having over 40 years of experience in IT and Business Management. He was chairman of Descon and had led multiple organizations from front. He was chair of different industry trade bodies. 2. Dr. Dipankar Chakrabarti – a seasoned professional retired from PwC as National Data Leader and AWS alliance and practice leader. Pioneer in B2B auction, cloud migration and data management. Published multiple papers. He was chair of CII ICT sub committee and is a very well known mentor of start-ups and MSME.
