I have been in the E-learning industry for the last 8 years as part of business consulting, strategy, sales & training in the US and Asia region. Having consulted for and worked with Lexia Learning (a Rosetta Stone company), Axea training, AIMS College Colombo, Quantinsti Training, Rhythm Snow Sports to name a few; and provided consultation and POC for Wadhwani Foundation, Reserve Bank of India, Prudential ICICI Insurance - a few notable names in India. Besides these I've engaged with several clients from the Pharma, Healthcare as well as Insurance sector for strategizing their training businesses in US & Europe. Over the past one year I have worked on a unique aggregated proposition for Learning Management Solution platforms is a disruptive approach in making the platform cost effective and therefore alluring a lot of trainers/educators and training institutions to be technically adept at dispensing training of high quality and build their online presence effectively. Bloom iLearning’s B2B2C interface allows all kinds of Clients on all their projects from production of their content to distribution to their learners with little or no technical knowledge. The platform empowers learning businesses with content control, user control and administrative control and thereby consolidating the business flow on a single window. We help training businesses to stay ahead of learner satisfaction trends and are committed to enable Clients to scale and accelerate their complex learning programs and realize concrete business growth. The training Industry in India is at an estimated 1.3Tn USD. However, these are from an organized sector perspective and do not include the Government Expense in training. The Online Training is not even 10% of the pie. It would be a great opportunity to even take up 10% of the opportunity at hand in the COVID-19 and post COVID-19 era. The Government Organizations are being aggressively asked to go digital on learnings and dissemination of important informational training. Also, post COVID-19 Era would raise the need for the unorganized and ill organized trainers and training companies to start making their presence felt in compliance and get accounted for as well. We can look at a 10% of the opportunity in the total market as accounted for and in helping unaccounted and ill organized part of the business in getting online quickly we can be a reason to add another 10% to the total training business while increasing our share of the pie as well.
