There are four major problems with fish, the most important one being that the population of fish in the wild is rapidly declining. Traditional aquaculture systems do not solve this problem due to the unsustainable use of water and land. India specifically suffers from inefficient traditional pond farming, which has never been trackable nor scalable; effluents from farms, often laden with metals, pollute nearby water bodies and estuaries, harming ecosystems. India, like the rest of the world, needs a sustainable source of protein. Build a state-of-the-art RAS farm with optimized operation mechanisms and start educating farmers about RAS in India. Position us as RAS enablers in the country, along with having the backbone of a large-scale farm and brand. We want to use India’s access to economic labor and infrastructure to build a moat of high margins (our cost of $16/kg vs traditional cost of $26/kg) and use this farm to educate and partner with local farmers and create a brand for trusted fish selling. We will also conduct R&D to unlock landlocked growth cycles of fish like Hils and create an IP Moat. We improve the metrics of a traditional rainbow trout by more than 2x. We cut down production time from 18 to 9 months. Our feed conversion ratio improves feed costs by 25%, and lastly, with India, we reduce the cost of fish by almost 40%. Giving us 2x EBITDA growth.
