We are working towards as a property management company, and are looking forward to its avenues in making it real. Contrateq is aimed towards providing professional and cost efficient renovation services to maintain and upkeep the value of properties. With the demand of housing sector rising rapidly, maintenance charges are one of the most common future burdens that home buyers fail to take into account, while buying a house. Often builders announce projects as soon as they acquire land for the same, and before obtaining the relevant approvals. While investors rush to make the most of the attractive rates, cost of future maintenance as a consideration is often overlooked or underestimated. Property maintenance is usually determined after builders hand over the completed project. Moreover, investing in property is always an asset that keeps adding value over time and is often rewarding in the long run. Hence, real estate investors or property owners always look for cost efficient, quality services that keeps their property well maintained. Our idea initiates as mediators combining customers with vendor to Quality Maintenance consulted/partnered with architects, supervised by engineers according to IS specifications. We also plan to provide services in easy and quick leasing of Pre-owned flats, rebuilding of old properties, disputed properties. Advertising of properties, and creating investment schemes are also included. Therefore, we at Contrateq Estate are dedicated to provide end-to-end maintenance services to residential & commercial properties including apartments, co-operative societies, individual building, et al. so as to ensure maintenance and upkeep of the real estate value.
