We are a newly setup chartered accountancy firm started by two young partners in their 20s. The firm is excelling in GST and Income Tax matters. We understand the dynamics of the businesses from regulatory & compliance perspective and keep ourselves abreast with regular changes in laws. Managing regulatory and statutory compliance in today’s highly complex economic and dynamic environment is not an easy task. Overhauling and new developments in business laws, convergence of accounting standards with Ind-AS, increased demands from the Government for greater transparency along with the advent of digitisation and AI are all increasing the burden on tax and finance departments. Given these challenges, D J A S & Co. proposes more efficient and effective ways to meet our client’s regulatory and statutory compliance obligations. Our core areas are handling taxation litigation and advisory, corporate law and audit & assurance services.
