This is a high-performance electric motorcycle equipped with a proprietary 7.2 kWh Battery Pack (upgradable upto 10kWh) incorporating the first in the segment, advanced proprietary Active Battery Management System (BMS) Technology. This revolutionary BMS technolgy ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the battery by actively monitoring each cell voltages, temperatures, and other parameters. It individually balances the charge among individual cells, preventing overcharging or over-discharging, and safeguards against temperature extremes, enhancing the overall efficiency and lifespan of the battery pack by around 40%. The BMS being CAN enabled is always connected to the cloud, logging in important parameters which is analysed by our proprietary algorithms in real time and is projected as the most accurate SOC in terms of range. Our battery pack offers a full range of 200kms with a single rider and 170kms with a rider and a pillion riding in ECO mode at an average speed of 60kmph. To complement the battery pack, the motorcycle features a powerful inhouse developed Axial Flux BLDC motor. This motor delivers impressive torque and instant acceleration, providing exhilarating performance comparable to traditional combustion engine motorcycles and popular Radial Flux motor powered EVs like Revolt. The motor is designed to efficiently convert electrical energy from the battery into mechanical power pushing the vehicle to reach a top speed of 110kmph under 4sec, delivering a smooth, exhilarating and responsive ride. The motor produces 25Nm torque at the shaft which multiplies to 100Nm at the wheels making it the most power dense motorcycle in its segment. To supply the required power from the battery pack to the motor we are utilizing the sinusoidal control topology from Kelly Controls which leads to minimum Harmonic, Vibration and Noise losses. Kelly Controls which comes with various cutting edge features like regenerative braking, anti-slip control, cruise control, hill assist, max battery and motor current limits, temparature cut-offs for both controller and motor, anti-theft and boost function during emergency situations like highspeed overtaking on highway. We have also integrated CAN enabled Instrument Cluster for easier integration and display of important parameters from different sub-components like BMS, Motor Control Unit, Vehicle Control Unit, Traction Control Unit, etc. For seamless and lossless power transmission, the motorcycle utilizes a direct belt drive system. The belt drive efficiently transfers the motor's power to the rear wheel, ensuring a direct and reliable connection in all weather conditions without any hassles. In terms of charging, the motorcycle incorporates a proprietary charging algorithm. This algorithm optimizes the charging process, taking into account factors such as battery state of charge, state of health, temperature, and charging infrastructure capabilities The motorcycle also supports fast-charging capabilities, allowing riders to recharge the battery quickly when using compatible charging stations. This feature is especially beneficial for long-distance rides or when access to charging infrastructure is limited. Additionally, the motorcycle will come with features commonly found in high-performance motorcycles, such as advanced suspension systems, sporty handling characteristics, aerodynamic bodywork, and cutting-edge safety features like anti-lock braking system (ABS) and traction control.
