Problem-The Drone Ecosystem Gap in Eastern India •India’s drone market is booming at a CAGR of 20.4%, expected to reach USD 1.3 billion by 2025, but Eastern India remains underserved. •Key Challenges: 85% of government departments using drones (e.g., police, agriculture) lack access to local repair and maintenance centers, leading to downtime and operational inefficiencies. Skilled workforce shortage: Limited or no certified drone repair training centers restrict local talent growth. High external dependence: Over 70% of drones and components are sourced outside the region, increasing costs and reducing scalability. The Opportunity: Establishing a robust drone ecosystem will bridge these gaps, unlock opportunities in agriculture, law enforcement, and logistics, and position Eastern India as a key hub for drone adoption. Solution- Evosphere Infotech will revolutionize Eastern India’s drone ecosystem by delivering: 1.State-of-the-art facilities providing repair, upgrades, and diagnostics to minimize drone downtime for government agencies and private enterprises. 2.A dedicated facility offering certified courses for drone repair technicians and operators, thus creating of a skilled workforce, catering to a projected demand of 100,000 drone service professionals by 2025 in India. 3.Localized drone manufacturing tailored for agriculture (crop spraying, monitoring) and law enforcement (surveillance, crowd control). 4.Phase-wise growth from West Bengal to Eastern India We want to be One Stop Regional Solutions for Drones , Robotics and Automation, may it be Production, Services, Repairs or Trainings.
