2. We, the two partners belong to the Kolkata district of West Bengal. Before formation of our firm we have surveyed the local schools / hospitals / nursing homes / libraries and other small medical stores and other utility shops and found that all these organisations are technologically very backward. They do not have their own website neither these organisations have IT systems. As a result of this, for getting any information, the users have to physically visit the offices as most of the land phones are either not working or no one is answering. Our firm will approach all these organisations and design their website and make them IT enabled at very low cost. 3. Further, we have also found that Central Kolkata, (i.e. the location of our office) is a hub of paper products and most of the paper products such as school books, copies, diaries, calendars, paper plates, glass, paper napkins, boxes, board, cartons sheet, printed paper, laminated paper are supplied from Kolkata to other district of West Bengal and also to neighbouring states of Bihar and Jharkhand. 4. We have surveyed and found that there are qualified / educated manpower available in Kolkata and nearby areas specially woman and girl. We have planned to give free training on the field of (i) Website designing (ii) Computer Application development (iii) Mobile Application Development (iv) Computer Networking (v) Computer application on MS Office and related word processing software (vi) Office procedure (vii) secretarial practice, (viii) Taxation & e-filling, (ix) E-Tendering works. After successful training, the trained person will be appointed in our firm or they will be competent enough to work in related industry. 5. While surveying, we have also found that there is a large chunk of manpower that are less qualified or school dropouts. We have taken this as an opportunity and planned to give free industrial training pertaining to these manpower on the field on manufacturing of paper products like school books, copies, diaries, calendars, paper plates, glass, paper napkins, boxes, board, cartons sheet, printed paper, laminated paper. After successful training, the trained person will be appointed in our firm or they will be competent enough to work in related industry or can open their own workshop and work in collaboration with us. 6. Thus, we will train the local manpower and make them industry ready so that they ready to work with us or can work individually. For getting work, we will first approach the local schools / hospitals / nursing homes / libraries and other small medical stores and other utility shops in the Kolkata district in the first year of the incorporation of the firm. From 2nd year onwards, we will expand our business to other district of West Bengal and accordingly add manpower to achieve our objectives. Besides this, we will also participate in all kind of tendering process which are related to our Business activities and to get award of work. In this way, we will expand our business.
