HIMAAVAN AGRO PRIVATE LIMITED

Kolkata, West Bengal

DPIIT recognised District Food & Beverages

In their own words

Himaavan Agro is building a modern, scalable production ecosystem for traditional Indian sugar products such as mishri, tal mishri, nakuldana, dhela, suta mishri and jaggery-based derivatives. We are introducing precision monocrystal sugar crystallisation technology to produce export-grade diamond-cut rock sugar. Our process redesign also enables complete utilisation of sugar syrup: while 65% crystallises into mishri, the remaining high-quality syrup is used to create natural, ready-to-drink beverages, resulting in a zero-waste, high-value product line. By replacing fragmented, labour-intensive methods with a semi-automated, energy-efficient manufacturing setup, we make traditional sweeteners consistent, standardised, and globally market-ready. Our model blends cultural authenticity with modern technology, enabling India to compete in the fast-growing global demand for natural sweeteners and clean-label beverages.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot. To flag an error on our side, write to trust@indianstartupmap.com.
