Jompoi is a pioneering retail chain revolutionizing the northeastern retail ecosystem through innovation and technology. Established in Tripura, Jompoi is on a mission to streamline the supply chain by integrating advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), sensor-based shelves with weighing capabilities for real-time inventory management, and robotic arms for efficient operations. Jompoi currently employs 60 people in Tripura and aims to expand its presence across all northeastern states within the next three years, with plans to create around 350 jobs.
