Jucohub Expo LLP is a newly incorporated enterprise developing eco-friendly, customizable packaging solutions made from jute, juco, cotton, and other natural fabrics. The company aims to reduce single-use plastic dependence and position India as a competitive supplier of sustainable packaging for retail, promotional, and corporate markets. The startup is initially operated through an asset-light model using third-party manufacturing and job-work partners to create validated prototypes, secure early customers, and build a reliable supply chain before setting up its own integrated production facility. Its core innovation lies in a technology-enabled made-to-order customization system that uses digital design tools, eco-lamination and precision cutting to produce reusable, export-grade bags with minimal material wastage. JucoHub Expo LLP targets both domestic and international markets, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia pacific, Ocenia and the US, where demand for plastic-free packaging is rising. The business model is designed for high scalability through semi-automated cutting, printing, and stitching lines, product diversification into eco-lifestyle items. The venture aims to generate significant employment by integrating rural SHGs, women-led stitching clusters, and MSME partners into its value chain while creating skilled jobs in production, design, and digital operations. The long-term vision is to build a trusted Indian brand in sustainable fabric-based packaging and lifestyle products, supporting Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and India’s leadership in environmentally responsible manufacturing.
