KCGP Developers is a real estate and infrastructure business combined in one. we are trying to help develop India's infrastructure. KCGP Developers is trying to combine the virtues of the real estate industry and infrastructure industry and come up with a solution for lands mostly located in the outskirts of major cities which are unusable for both commercial and housing purpose. There are a lot of companies out there. Butwhat we do is different. We just don't build roads, bridges or other things like a normal infrastructure company would. We purchase land, most of which is unusable , we upgrade the land ( soil fillings and other techniques ), makes the land usable to certain extent and then build on the land or sell it to someone who wants to use the land further for better purpose
