Konsciously Technologies Private Limited, based in Kolkata, was founded on December 2019 and have successfully built an app (named Konsciously), that focuses on Self Help & Improvement.Unlike the majority of mental wellness apps on the Play Store or App Store that focus solely on habit-building, meditation music or breathing exercises, our app also places great emphasis on the content, and especially on how to make the content interactive and personalized to the user. Hence, we have introduced the concept of 'Journeys'. A Journey is a series of interlinked milestones filled with insightful and interactive tasks. In each journey, we have interactions that are meant to develop essential life skills and healthy habits.There are quick tasks based on the concepts of Visualization, Affirmation, Deep Breathing and Journaling; and reflective questions that help people take swift decisions and broaden their outlook and mindset. We also have some intriguing Tips & Trivia where the user can pick up handy life hacks and discover fascinating truths through numerous lesser-known facts and how-to's. On top of these, we also have a wellness library in the app, where users can save their favorite tasks, tips, trivia, questions and can refer to them later, whenever you feel like. Apart from this, the textual content is carefully written for each specific journey.
