Our mission is to democratize access to ethical, high-quality, and standardized dermatological care across India, with a special focus on Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities. We operate comprehensive skin and hair clinics powered by USFDA-approved technologies like HIFU and MNRF, delivering clinically sound aesthetic treatments under the supervision of certified dermatologists and trained therapists. With a patient-first approach, standardized protocols, transparent pricing, and strong hygiene practices, La Derma ensures safe, personalized, and effective treatments for every patient. Our ecosystem model comprises: Clinic Chain (COCO Model): Scalable network of company-owned clinics (50+ planned) with centralized systems for procurement, marketing, HR, and tech. La Derma Academy: A national skilling and certification hub for dermatological professionals, aligned with Skill India and NASSCOM, aiming to train 5,000+ professionals in 5 years. Franchise Model: From Year 3, we will launch a structured franchise network targeting underserved cities, ensuring nationwide access and employment generation. Product & Digital Platform: Our proprietary CRM-EMR platform and AI-driven skin analysis tools power a seamless digital patient journey. We also plan to launch our own skincare & haircare D2C product line. With two fully operational clinics, 450+ monthly patients, 4.9+ Google/Practo ratings, and a proven revenue model, La Derma is ready to scale.
