LIDERORG TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, founded by Mrs. Rekha Devi Jha and Mrs. Nirmala, an agritech, fishing tech and aquatech based company, committed to provide precision agriculture and aquaculture solutions. It will grow and converts sea plants into biofuels and soil nutrients, plant growth stimulants, and other bio-renewable products that will enhance the soil productivity. It will provide IoT-based on-farm diagnostic equipment for aquaculture and agriculture farmers. Offerings include integrated sensors, mobile connectivity and decision tools for affordable aquaculture monitoring and automation. In addition to this it will provide real-time alerts for quality drops, aerator control for energy efficiency and cloud based analytics to adjust feed based on water quality data. It stipulated to provide a data-analytics platform developed with a proprietary predictive algorithm to manage aquaculture operations which will enable the user to record data, manage hatcheries cycles, and plan the hatcheries sales. This will help the exporters to find the location-specific product availability and plan their purchases. Also, involved in the research, training, education, and organizing outreach programmes for aqua farmers and hatcheries. It will develop online platform offering multi category products & services to aquaculture and agriculture farmers. Through this platform it will offer resources, technical support, sale of farm produce, awareness programs, fishing opportunities, loans & subsidies, etc. It will intervene the unorganized fisheries supply chain focusing on consumers in Indian hinterlands. It has planned to create an integrated play for logistics, cold storage, processing and marketing to the end consumer. It also plan to source directly from the fisherman based on certain data driven standards and quality checks and also plans to develop an online platform to enable interaction between consumers and primary suppliers and enable suppliers with demand forecasting. It will bring about innovative and unique solutions in developing agro-based products, better dairy, poultry or fish farming methods, providing advisory services, creating one stop solutions for farmers involved in secondary agriculture. It will use Natural Intelligence + Artificial Intelligence to create climate-resilient sustainable fisheries and framing. It focuses on both downstream and upstream supply chain model to provide supply chain solution to fisheries and farmers, which in turn will improve the their income and productivity. It stipulate to provide missing links in the agri and aqua value chain and delivering efficient products, technologies and services to the farmers and fishers on one hand and the consumers on the other hand It stipulate to create, own or manage online shopping e-commerce websites, ERP, portals, mobile applications and to create a virtual shopping mall with online catalogue of all the aqua cultural and agricultural and related food products, or online vegetable marketing where retailers and restaurants can place their orders through their app after which the products will be delivered to them by their own logistic teams by procuring fruits, dairy, and vegetables directly from farmers, aggregators, and cooperatives to supply in hotels, restaurants, retailers, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
