Liquid Merit has aligned with Horizon State in India. Liquid Merit is recognised start up India project from Government of India on governance, politics and democracy. Liquid Merit endeavors to circumvent innovation atmosphere that creates human-centered, inclusive and sustainable policy making, which acknowledges that policy development is no longer limited to governments but rather is an increasingly multi-stakeholder effort. It is the continual readiness to rapidly navigate change, proactively or reactively embrace change and learn from change, while contributing to actual or perceived end-user value. In Short, in its simplest form, Liquid Merit strives to innovate citizen engagement best practice model that refers to making decisions and exercising authority to guide the behavior of individuals and organisations. Liquid Merit is powered by Horizon State technology to undertake various projects o the following vision for 21st century global civilisation: Democratic Governance - Building open, responsive, and accountable institutions and processes that serve the needs and preferences of the public. Citizen Participation - Ensuring that all have the opportunity to participate and have a voice in how they will be governed. Fair Competition - Promoting free, transparent and fair political competition so that citizens’ preferences are represented. Civil Society and Independent Media - Defending citizens’ rights of association and expression, so that they can play a role in their country’s future. Creative innovation - Liquid Merit works closely with member of Assemblies, Parliament, political parties, civil society to develop the vision in art and simplified form. Justice - Holding institutions and people responsible to the rule of law.
