We take the liberty to introduce our firm MAGLENT VENTURES LLP. This LLP has been set up with a primary notion to create business opportunities at multiple levels and across diverse fields based on the professional acumen developed through years of expertise and experience.We are a business house with business interests ranging from Aquaculture, Agriculture, Skill development & Training, Hospitality, SportsTech, to HealthTech amongst many others. We are a team of young, dynamic and vibrant people who work together with dedication to master the biggest challenges. Our core team comprises of seasoned professionals having been at the helm of affairs in their fields.Our Agriculture & Aquaculture Start-ups are led by competent founding teams, working towards bringing about an evolution in the domains with the help of modern technology and scientific work practices. Agriculture :Our mission under this venture is to deliver the best organic products from “Farm to Fork”, by producing crops that are organically grown without chemical fertilizers, pesticides , preservatives , synthetic growth hormones or irradiation. We executed our pilot project spread over 200 acres in Uttar Pradesh Balia and Ghazipur district and are working towards growing the business in West Bengal with special emphasis on cash crops & plants. We are also in the process of setting up medicinal plant farming.With the ever-growing demand of medicinal plants in the country , we are also in the process of venturing into the business of medicinal plants farming in North Bengal and have the expertise and team to do so.Aquaculture :Under this start-up we are working towards becoming one of the largest producers of fresh & frozen fish and value-added fish products in the years to come. Our Mission under this project is “To feed the World the healthiest protein on the planet and to be the brand of choice in the market and the employer of choice in the community”. We executed our pilot project with a 250 bighas water body in Kolkata – West Bengal in collaboration with a Fishing Co-operative society and are working towards leasing out many more such water bodies.
