In India, medical crises, particularly road traffic accidents, are a leading cause of mortality. RTIs alone are responsible for 1.5 lakh fatalities per year. In 2015-16, roughly two individuals died per hour from heart attacks. Non-communicable illnesses now account for 62% of fatalities in India, while communicable infections, maternal, and neonatal mortality account for 27%. In the moment, India lacks an organised paramedic organisation that can attend to patients at their homes, offices, or on the highways just like 911 in USA. Med24x7 is a proposed paramedic medical emergency platform that seeks to stabilise patients quickly and prevent impairment or death. Our system will manage medical emergencies between the home or office and the hospital. Our mission is to provide dependable and effective emergency medical care to those in need. Med24x7, the paramedic store and clinics linked to the super app, intends to establish a well-equipped private company with the infrastructure and personnel required to resolve the industry's current limitations. We promote ourselves as India's first effective and systematic health-tech system for medical emergencies, serving the target audience and society around-the-clock with JIT (Just-in-Time) healthcare solutions, since turnaround time (TAT) is essential for an emergency service-oriented company. Timely medical interventions can mean the difference between life and death, so the importance of emergency medical care cannot be stressed. The suggested platform Med24x7 will fulfil this demand. Our service will be manned by trained and certified paramedics who will give rapid medical care to patients in emergency situations within a 3-kilometer radius of each paramedic brick-and-mortar store, which are dispersed across the city's length and breadth. Objectives: The primary objective of Med24x7 is to provide timely and reliable emergency medical services to people in need. To achieve this, we will: • Develop a user-friendly and accessible platform that enables users to request emergency medical assistance easily. • Employ trained and certified paramedics who will offer prompt medical interventions to stabilize patients and prevent impairment or death. • Use state-of-the-art medical equipment and technology to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment. • Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare providers to offer seamless medical care to patients. A) 24X7 paramedic store delivering medicines & medical essentials round the clock at patient's location in the City. B)Emergency Response Management System (2 & 4-wheeler EMT Specialists) C) Radio Ambulance (Patient Transfer, Basic & Advance Life Support Ambulances) D) Home Care Services (Doc on call, Nurse on call, home ICU Unit setups, Home Delivery of medical essentials). E) Medical Equipment Rentals (Electrical & Non- Electrical segment). F) Diagnostic & Pathology Lab services for comprehensive healthcare check-ups. G) Aggregator Model: A delivery mechanism for regional & standalone pharmacies, offering Pharmaceutical supplies, Pet care, Ayurveda, Wellness & FMCG products, thereby creating an online retail marketplace for buyers & sellers. H) Senior citizen care program ensuring physical health & mental balance of the elderly.
