1. Mohan Impex Retail LLP will source various food ingredients from leading manufacturers, exporters, manage large scale warehouses, and distribution channels across various states. We will hold thousands of ingredients in stock ensuring constant availability and “just in time” delivery when required to food processors. 2. Shelf life, storage and logistics are important challenges in the food ingredient segments which we will address through technology. 3. In the B2B segment the bulk annual requirement of the leading food processors in each segment will be approached and rate contract type agreement entered in, and we will offer (Just in Time) JIT supply chain in most cost-effective manner. 4. As Indian households are now increasingly changing their cooking habits and trying at home bakery, dairy, confectionery, and various other food items and require healthy & nutritional multiple food ingredients/ enhancers in small packaging like yeast, baking soda, natural food colours etc., of high quality with safe packaging. In B 2 C Segment, we will innovate various packaging and ensure the B 2 C food ingredients supply line through the organized mechanism
