The nature and purpose of the business to be conducted by "MSB MARKETING & SERVICES LLP" is to carry on the business of manufacture of mechanical and electromechanical signaling safety and traffic control, equipment for railways, tramways, inland waterways, roads, parking facilities, airfields etc and Support service at railway stations, bus stations, bridges etc and all types of works and incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of the foregoing objects etc. as particularly described in Schedule 3 to this Agreement. The LLP may engage in any and all activities necessary, desirable or incidental to the accomplishment of the conduct of such business of the LLP including but not limited to such ancillary business. It may also include any other business conducted in such manner as may be decided by the majority of Partners from time to time. Nothing set forth in this Agreement shall be construed as authorizing the Partners to possess any purpose or power, or to do any act or thing, forbidden by law to a LLP formed under the LLP Act
