Proposed Solution: Mytika.in is a tech-enabled healthcare platform providing specialized home vaccination services. We deploy qualified Vaccination Officers (Nurses/Technicians) to administer vaccines using painless 27G needle technology with 30 minutes compulsory post vaccination monitoring. Our platform provides an end-to-end digital experience: from free downloadable smart-schedules to automated reminders. We ensure 100% cold-chain integrity and provide 24/7 online doctor support and digital post-vaccination care protocols (PDFs) and doctors support to ensure safety and peace of mind. Uniqueness : Our startup is led by an MBBS doctor (Ex-AIIMS Resident & Army ECHS Medical Officer), bringing clinical-grade discipline to home care. We are unique because of our 'Hybrid Care Model': combining physical delivery with 24/7 digital doctor-consultation. Unlike competitors, we offer a painless vaccination experience and provide free public-utility tools (digital vaccination trackers) to improve health literacy. Our operational expertise in cold-chain maintenance ensures 100% potency of life-saving drugs at the doorstep reducing significant travel and hospital/clinic acquired infection risks. Revenue Model: We operate on a product-margin model with no delivery service charge. Having already achieved market validation with ₹5 Lakhs in sales and a 10% net profit margin, the business is financially sustainable model ready to expand rapidly across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities with minimal infrastructure costs.
