A patient portal named "NIRVANA" is being created to make a better healthcare care platform that can be used in any case of emergency to save the lives in absence of their family members or near ones. this portal will include patients name, place, identity mark, Aadhar no, blood group, diseases, allergies, lab reports, medications, rare conditions, doc visit details, vaccinations, operatives done, if it's infant then weather it's IVF baby or a normal conceived , it's vaccination details. This all will be stored in data base and patients will be provided a single ATM card sized card embedded with QR code. to register the patient on this portal we only need Aadhar card, no need of excess info like mobile number or mail id. In case of emergency or any regular visit they can scan that QR at hospital after logging in on portal and doc can see their all details. This portal will give access only to doctors so that it will be up to mark and one doctor can't interfere with other doctor's notes or uploading. In feature this card can be used for health ATM where they can get health checkups anywhere on road at a small shop sized clinic,and if that patient's vitals are abnormal that clinic can convey this to higher centre and they can get the patient in golden time. This can be helpful to decrease the mortality rate of our country. Overview to business idea: Now a day's huge amount of medical data is generated, traditionally this data stored in the writing form which is very difficult task. Due to this accurate patient records cannot be maintained and creates false records regarding the admission of that particular patient, medical history of that patient. While in medical facilities the patient may be given a medical bracelet or badge, where a personalized QR Code is embedded. When scanned, the QR Code will show the complete medical records of the patient. This will enable the healthcare provider to easily access the patient information without looking around for their physical records. This saves time and effort, which ultimately results in increased patient satisfaction. In fact, some hospitals have already begun utilizing QR Codes to access patient information.
