Our Farmer Producer Company Limited has been formed with the objective of improving income of small and marginal farmers through collective aggregation and direct market linkage. At present, the company has ten active farmer members engaged in cultivation of various vegetables and fruits. The company collects produce directly from farmer members and sells it at fair prices in different urban markets, ensuring that farmers receive maximum profit without the involvement of middlemen.The key innovation of the company lies in eliminating intermediaries and establishing a transparent farm-to-market model that benefits farmers directly. By organizing procurement, grading, and direct sales, the company helps farmers achieve better price realization and reduces post-harvest losses. Digital record-keeping and coordinated logistics are used to improve operational efficiency.The business model is scalable and sustainable. In the future, the company aims to expand its membership to a minimum of 500 farmers, enabling more small and marginal farmers to access fair markets and improved income opportunities.
