It currently manages 425 SKUs, targeting expansion to 1,000 within 12 months while maintaining a lean, cluster-focused supply chain. The brand follows an omnichannel vision expanding into Tier 2/3 markets, exhibitions, exports and customised hand-crafted orders that are fully prepaid and non-returnable.
