Belief/View: Combination of Best Schools, Best Teachers, Best Students don’t always produce Best Outcome; whereas Right overrules Conventional Best Concepts in most of the cases. When Best is easy to find as it floats up at top, Right always lies beneath and it requires constant evaluation and trade-off to stay connected with Right. So Right can also be considered as New Best! High Level Problem Statement: Education Cost is getting higher & higher day by day and Consumer has taken Education System as an Insurance; whether it is Effective or Utilized or Valuable or not, they keep on investing in dark, for mental security. As a result, Bubble is increasing, Market is getting Monolithic and Stagnant and the overall Quality of Education System is degrading. This situation makes future GDP is at stake. So it is very important to connect Right Education Provider with Right Education Consumer. When it is Right, then System will naturally impart the Quality in the association. Idea/Initiative: QTS has taken an initaitive to Capture, Maintain and Manage Educational Information and finally Harness the information as a Series of Micro Services for Connecting Right Education Consumer with Right Education Provider. It will cater various requirements of subscribers time to time. QTS is trying to break bulky fatty Education Services into series and collection of Micro Services as a small transparent units. Services can be subscribed by both Education Consumers and Providers as Value Added Service to find the right option for them at a certain point of time. Explanation/Brief: QTS will capture Academic & Operational Data of Institutions along with Public Data of Education Consumers as well as Providers. Finally it will analyze and provision those information as series of Personalized Micro Services for its end customers who can be Parent/Students (Consumer) and Institutions (Provider) Vision/Future: We see that in future, our platform (Quantum Matrix) will host millions of Micro-Edu-Services, based on Aspect Catalog of Consumers & Service Catalog of Provider. Our Value Added Service (VAS) Channel will offload the overhead of all required Educational Services so that Consumer and Provider can more focus on Core Education (which is not our area of interest). It will be more like to enable EduOps (new term, similar to DevOps) which will ensure Constant Quality Outcomes with Accuracy & Reliability.
